My love affair for film goes wayyy back. My earliest memory was when I was five and I saw Toy Story 2 in the theater when it first came out. Looking back, it made a profound impact on me that defied description. It wouldn't be until I was older when I grew to appreciate it for its hilarious comedy and emotional complexity. That was the seed planted in my head that bloomed into an impressionable bulb. Once I beheld the sheer filmmaking brilliance of The Dark Knight in my teen years, my love for film began to grow into a tall, beautiful tree.
